You can change your membership plan at any time—whether you're moving from Ignite to Masters, switching between monthly and annual billing, or adjusting your subscription to better suit your goals.
This article explains how to upgrade, downgrade, and what happens to your billing when you switch plans.
Where to Change Your Plan
All current plans can be viewed here:

Each plan page includes the features, pricing, and the correct sign-up button for switching.
Please be aware that legacy plans and special offer plans will not have automatic cancelation of a previous subscription.
2. Upgrading Your Plan
If you want to access more features—such as the advanced video player, multi-stem playback, full lesson library, coaching livestreams, and more—upgrade from:
Ignite → Masters Monthly
Ignite → Masters Annual
Masters Monthly → Masters Annual
When upgrading:
The new plan activates immediately
Any unused time from your current plan is automatically prorated
You only pay the difference for the upgrade
This ensures you never lose time you've already paid for.
Please be aware that Legacy plans will need to be manually cancelled and pro rata. Please submit a support ticket if you are on a plan that started between 2023-2025 or are on a previous special offer.
Downgrading Your Plan
If you choose to move to a lower tier:
Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period
The lower plan will begin automatically at your next renewal
You won’t lose any time you’ve already paid for
Example:
If your Masters Monthly renews on the 15th and you downgrade to Ignite on the 10th, you will stay on Masters until the 15th.
Switching Between Monthly and Annual Plans
You can switch between:
Monthly → Annual
Annual → Monthly
When switching:
Upgrades activate immediately
Downgrades begin at your next renewal
Annual upgrades give you the best savings and unlock certain premium benefits (Masters Annual only)
Legacy Plans & Special Offers
If you are on a legacy plan, discontinued membership, or special promotional offer:
You will need to contact support to switch plans.

Legacy plans may not appear in the current pricing structure, so our team will update your account manually.
What Happens to Billing After Changing Plans?
Depending on the type of change:
Upgrades:
Charged immediately for the difference
New plan activates instantly
Billing cycle adjusts automatically
Downgrades:
No immediate charge
Current plan remains active
New plan starts on your next billing date
Switching Annual/Monthly:
Annual upgrades cost the full annual amount at time of upgrade
Annual downgrades wait until your current year is finished
