If you're having trouble logging into the Modern Metal Academy mobile app or accessing your content, this guide covers the most common issues and how to solve them.
These steps apply to both iPhone and Android versions of the app.
Make Sure You’re Using the Correct App
The MMA platform uses the Mighty Networks app.

After installing, search for Modern Metal Academy and log in with your MMA credentials.
Double-Check Your Login Details
The mobile app uses the same email and password you use on desktop.
If the app says your login is incorrect, try resetting your password:

Try Logging In on Desktop First
If the app is not recognising your credentials, log in on desktop first:

If you can log in on desktop but not mobile, continue with the troubleshooting steps below.
Update the App to the Latest Version
App issues often occur when running an outdated version.
Open the App Store or Google Play
Search for Mighty Networks
Check if an update is available
Install any pending updates
Then re-open the app and try again.
Restart the App
Close the app fully (swipe it away), then reopen it.
This clears temporary glitches such as:
Blank home screen
Loading loops
Login form not appearing
Missing content
Restart Your Device
A full device restart can fix issues caused by:
Memory overload
Conflicting apps
Temporary OS bugs
Restart your phone and try logging in again.
Check Your Membership Status (Desktop Only)
If you can log in but cannot access certain areas or lessons, your membership may need attention.

If your payment failed or expired, the app may restrict certain content.
Switch Between Wi-Fi and Mobile Data
If the app won’t load or gets stuck:
Try switching from Wi-Fi to data
Or from data to Wi-Fi
Move closer to your router
Weak or unstable connections can cause loading issues.
Log Out and Log Back In
Open the app:
Go to your profile
Select Account Settings
Choose Log Out
Log back in with your email and password
This refreshes your session and often fixes access problems.
Uninstall and Reinstall the App
If the app still isn’t working:
Delete the app
Restart your device
Reinstall the app from the links above
Log in again
A clean reinstall fixes most persistent errors.
