1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your membership:
Go to your membership access page:
https://app.modernmetalacademy.com/your-accessClick on your current active subscription.
Find the 'Cancel' button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
After cancelling, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
You will not be charged again unless you re-activate your subscription manually.
2. What Happens to Your Access After Cancellation
You keep full access until your next renewal date.
On the renewal date, your membership will automatically end.
You will not be billed again unless you restart your plan.
Your account stays intact, and you can rejoin at any time.
3. Can I Pause My Membership Instead of Cancelling?
Sorry this feature is not available.
4. Legacy Plans and Special Offers
If you joined during early pricing, promotions, or a legacy plan, the cancellation options may not appear.
In that case, you will need to contact support so we can update your plan manually.
Legacy customers will not be able to rejoin on the same rate if they cance.
