1. Update Your Payment Method
Most payment failures happen due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or restrictions from your bank.

Once you add a valid payment method, the system will automatically retry the charge. Your membership access will be restored as soon as the payment succeeds.
2. Check for Common Payment Issues
Here are the most frequent reasons payments fail:
Card has expired
Card has insufficient funds
Card does not allow online or international payments
Bank blocked the transaction for security
Incorrect billing address
Temporary issues with the payment processor
Updating your card or contacting your bank usually resolves the issue immediately.
3. Try a Different Card
If updating your card does not work, try another card.
Some cards may block subscription-based or international transactions depending on the bank.
4. Your Access May Be Paused Until Payment Is Resolved
If the system cannot process your payment:
Your membership access may be temporarily paused 14 days after the failure.
Lessons and features included in your plan may not appear
Once payment is successful, your access will reactivate automatically.
5. Legacy or Special-Offer Members
If you are on a legacy plan, early-bird offer, or special promotional plan, and your payment fails, you may need support to help restore your access because older plans may not retry automatically.
