If your lessons, courses, or membership content are not appearing inside your Modern Metal Academy account, it may be caused by one of the following issues. Here’s how to quickly fix them.
Check your membership status
Go to your access page to confirm your plan is active:

If your membership is inactive or expired, you may need to update your payment method or renew your plan.Your payment may have failed
If your recent payment didn’t go through, the system will automatically pause your access after 14 days.
Update your payment method here:

Once updated, your access usually restores immediately.Log out and back in
A simple refresh of your session can fix missing content.Try using a different browser
Use Google Chrome whenever possible. Browser issues can cause some content not to load.Your account email may not match your purchase email
If you have multiple email addresses, you may have logged into the wrong one.
Support can confirm which email your membership is attached to.Platform syncing delay
In rare cases, the system may need a few minutes to sync after a purchase or renewal. Logging out and back in typically fixes this.
