If your membership payment failed or you want to update your card details, you can do this easily from your account’s billing section.
To update your payment method, go to:
https://app.modernmetalacademy.com/your-settings/account
Now click on billing.
What you can update on this page:
Your card details
Replace an expired or declined card with a new one.Billing information
Update your billing name and address if required.Membership renewal settings
Depending on your plan, you may be able to change renewal options or upgrade.
If your payment recently failed:
Update your card details
The system will automatically retry the payment
Once successful, your access will be restored immediately
If the payment continues to fail:
Make sure your card has sufficient funds
Try a different card
Contact your bank to approve the payment
Ensure your card supports international payments
If updating your card does not resolve the issue, contact support and we can manually process or assist with the payment:
