Your Membership Payment Failed
If your payment failed or your membership expired, some sections may temporarily lock.

Once updated, access usually returns instantly.
You’re Logged Into the Wrong Email
If you have multiple email addresses, you may have logged into an account with no active membership.
Try logging out and logging back in with the email you used at checkout.

You Need to Refresh Your Account Session
Sometimes your browser session may not update correctly.
Try:
Logging out and back in
Refreshing the page
Clearing your browser cache
Trying a private/incognito window
Trying the mobile app
This fixes most temporary access issues.
The Content Was Moved or Updated
Occasionally, lessons or masterclasses are reorganised into clearer categories.
If you can’t find a lesson:
Ask in the members lounge forum/live chat for help
Use the search bar
Look inside the Learning Pathways
Look under Masterclasses
If you still can’t find it, contact support.
The Lesson Uses Features Restricted to Masters Members
Some tools (like the advanced video player) are Masters-only:
Synced tabs
Multi-stems
Video flip
Fretboard view
Synth-only mode
Some masterclass integrations
Ignite members will only see a video and a downloadable tab.
You’re Using the Mobile App and Expecting Desktop Only Features
In the mobile app, a few features are not available:
Downloading PDF tabs (desktop only)
Certain tool panels may be simplified
If you need full feature access, try the desktop version.
